What to Bring to a
mnemos event

So you’ve read the rules. You have a concept. You wrote up a sheet and a background, and you submitted them to the staff for approval.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Most event sites will have kitchens that can be used to cook, as well as limited space for things like a crockpot or other small cooking appliances. There is also usually space in the refrigerator and freezers for goods that need to remain cold.

Suggested food and beverage items to bring:

  • Refillable water bottle and/or bottled water

  • Snacks

  • Coffee/tea/juice/etc. (if you want to drink something in addition to water)

SITE VARIABLES

Event sites vary widely, with some containing more amenities than others. Remember to pay attention to site-specific information during event announcements. Visit the event site's webpage to get a better idea of where you will be staying, what stores and services are nearby, and what services are available at the site itself. Event staff will do everything they can to share important information, but players should also take time to plan the logistics for their weekend before they arrive on-site.
